Wow it's been awhile, hasn't it?

Anyway, I'm just sittin' here waiting for my friend Rosie to show up, We're going to 6 Flags tomorrow in California, and so I'm spending the night at her house to shave down time, so we can sleep longer.

First off, I want to apologize for dropping off the radar, but to be honest, I haven't seriously drawn anything for months, and haven't seriously done color work on anything for at least two months, and haven't finished anything except 'A Lantern to Light Your Way'.

I AM, however, working on 'Breathe', another line art done by the illustrious Daccat, which you can see on her site, and another line art that will remain unnamed at the moment, that I am making from scratch. Don't expect the former anytime soon, its taking FOREVER to do, and don't expect the latter to be anything great, I don't generally draw on the computer.

I will be getting a MiDi cable for my computer soon, and if anyone is interested, When I get everything together, I will be creating a mailing list for recordings of the classical style Piano work that I do. Eventually, you will also be able to get the sheet music for it too, to play yourself. Innit that neat? At the moment, all of this will be free, but depending on how well it goes over, and how long it takes to write the sheets, there MAY be a small fee for the sheet music, but not the recordings. EVER. I believe in free music, what can I say. Send me a message if you are interested, and tell your friends!

In a more personal focus, all sorts of things have happened, and gone wonky. I work for a candle company now, but its lame. You might know it by the name of Partylite. If anyone is in the Reno/Sparks/Spanish Springs area, and would like more information about our candles and gifts, please, feel free to let me know, so that I can afford to eat something besides ramen insta-noodles. I would appreciate it. If you are interested in selling candles in a party setting, (Think Avon or Mary Kay with more fire) Feel free to let me know as well.


In a very personal focus, the man that I had been dating back in October when I last posted turned out to be a controlling jerk, and the breakup was not pretty. (Actually, this was one of the reasons that I haven't drawn in so long, I sat at home doing nothing for so long, especially on the computer, that I never got back in to the groove.) A better con man, the world has never seen, I swear. I did, however, meet a charming young man about four months later, (Five months ago) That has been my saving grace from thinking all men are scum. He is gentle, polite, charming, Chivalrous, and really cute. Cuddling is his idea of a fun evening, and we have many wonderful days together. I am quite happy, and hope that maybe some of my mirth will cheer you guys up too.

Any way, my friend should be showing up any minute now, and I need to finish getting ready. I hope you all have a wonderful week, and I will try to remember to post on Wednsday when I get back about the trip. I will be taking pictures too, so when I get them developed, I will post some!
